Four Levels of Reward

Elite Partner

Elo Elite Partners receive margin enhancement, discounted demo equipment, sales and marketing support, with no revenue requirement. Existing Elite partners automatically qualify.

Elite AV Partner

Elo Elite AV Partners receive margin enhancement, free drop-ship freight, discounted demo equipment, government and education discounts, in addition to sales and marketing support.

Specialized training is available to Pro and Service partners upon request and staff availability. Please contact your Elo account manager or authorized distributor.

Sales Certification

Elo Elite Pro Partners Only
Sales certification ensures your sales team is fully-trained to sell and support Elo solutions.

Requirements
Elo Elite Pro partners must complete annual sales certification by two or more sales specialists. Sales certification requires completion of five online courses annually, at no cost to you.

Track Your Progress
Each 20-minute module includes 15 minutes of content and a 5-minute online test. Elo will track course completion to ensure your sales certification is complete.

Service Certification

Elo Elite Service Partners Only
Service certification ensures that authorized Elo Elite Service partners are fully trained to perform bench-level repairs on Elo products.

Requirements
Elo Elite Service Partners must complete annual service certification by two or more technicians. Certification requires completion of one online course annually, with a $500 per year certification fee.

Track Your Progress
Courses include 20 minutes of technical content and a brief online test. Elo will track course completion to ensure your service certification is complete.

Elo Elite partners can boost revenue and profits with incentives at every program level.

Elo pricing is designed to ensure that our resellers will always meet or beat online pricing from an authorized source.
Demo Equipment

Technical Support
Elo Elite partners can access Elo’s technical support page for technical resources, driver downloads, warranty information and more. You can also submit an online request for technical support to address hardware, troubleshooting procedures and general system issues.
